Made from the native Trepat grape variety but also combined with Garnatxa and Pinot Noir, Cava Mistinguett Rose Brut is a sparkling wine made in Penedes de Catalan area, by the traditional method with the second fermentation in the bottle, matured for a minimum of 12 months. Delicate aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, mixed with floral and citrus notes. Smooth entry where red fruits stand out, balanced with good acidity and creaminess.
