Cossetania Brut Reserva is classified as a Cava de ” Guarda Superior”, a sparkling wine made in Comtats de Barcelona area, by the traditional method with the second fermentation in the bottle, matured for a minimum of 24 months. A fresh and elegant cava with aromas of wild flowers. Lovely combination of green and tropical fruit flavours with a touch of hazelnut. The perfect mixture of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada makes the color to be an intense lemon hue with golden reflections.
This Cava was awarded with: Gold Medal – Mundus Vini 2021, Gold Medal – Mundus Vini 2020 and others.
