Cava Cossetania Brut Nature, it’s a sparkling wine produced in Comtats de Barcelona area, by the traditional method with the second fermentation in the bottle, matured for a minimum of 12 months. It’s a cava with aromas of ripe
apples and notes of citrus, smooth and round on the palate. The combination of Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada makes the color to be lemon pale with golden reflections.
