Cava Mistinguett Brut Nature, it’s a sparkling wine produced in Penedes de Catalan area, by the traditional method with the second fermentation in the bottle, matured for a minimum of 12 months.
Fruity and complex with light hints of green apple combined with tropical fruit. In the mouth, wide and polished where white fruit flavors stand out. The long and warm ending is because of the combination of Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada.
