Cava Mistinguett Brut it’s a sparkling wine produced in Penedes de Catalan area, by the traditional method with the second fermentation in the bottle, matured for a minimum of 12 months.
A light straw yellow cava with a lively mousse and aromas of apple, pear, pastry and an undertone of brioche. Fresh and digestible with a long, uplifting aftertaste.
It was awarded with: Silver Medal – Decanter Wine Awards (UK) 2020, Golden Medal - Berlin Wine Trophy (Germany) 2020 and also Golden Medal – Mundus Vini (Germany) 2020.
