Made from the native Trepat grape variety, Cava Cossetania Rose Brut, a sparkling wine made in Comtats de Barcelona area, by the traditional method with the second fermentation in the bottle, matured for a minimum of 12 months.
As for the notes you can feel the geranium, grapefruit and red plums and a light taste of red orange and peach jam.
Ideal serving temperature: 6-8°C
